Ordered these mainly for the two 12-inch tweezer tongs but decided to pay a few dollars more to get the other shorter ones. I made the right choice. These are high quality steel tongs that are good with any type of stove-top cooking where you are turning meat or vegetables. The more narrow points make it easy to handle food items. Would highly recommend these for cooking.

These tweezers made for the kitchen are so much better quality than the ones sold for gardening and reptile keeping. The metal is better and more durable. These are good for both delicate work and for lifting larger items without bending or getting deformed. Compared to a set I bought that was sold for succulent gardening where the metal was so soft all the tweezers were bent out of shape after one use. I bought this set and use the large ones for feeding my collection of reptiles. They are able to hold full sized frozen thawed mice. I use the smaller tweezers in the garden to do detailed work in my succulent and cactus collection. I leave them outside and expose to water and elements. No rust While I don't use these in the kitchen, I'm sure they would be perfect for kitchen use as well I would get these again and recommend them!
