Ok so after getting a 2k dental estimate due to sleeping with my mouth open and needing 8 fillings I decided to take action. I have been wanting to try mouth taping for ages but always felt a little too scared. NO NEED with these! You do not feel trapped or scared they are very stretchy and soft although somehow stick so well?? I bought the ones with the little hole in you can open your mouth of you want to but it does not allow it to open during sleep you have to put some effort in. They are easy to rip off in the morning however for my personal preference I fold over one corner so it it takes just one second to remove. If you google the benefits of nasal breathing at night and you absolutely should you will realise just how important this is to your health, dental health and face structure. It has been amazing to wake up with a fully moist mouth which is how it should be as your mouth is designed to have your saliva remineralise your teeth as you sleep. The first thing I noticed though was that I woke up feeling really refreshed like shockingly refreshed! Another thing you may learn going down the nasal breathing rabbit hole. I can no longer be without these! These are very soft and stretchy but keep your mouth in place all night. I will keep reordering these. Extremely happy. And feeling confident that my teeth will be protected from now on.

Thought these would be a bit useless and boy was i wrong.really sticky and stay in place all night.iv had the best week of sleep in a good year or so with this product i kid you not.will say when i first used it though no no cant do that but dell asleep with it on and still in place all night.

The tape works fine but getting the backing off is so fiddly and difficult. Appreciate the little breathing slot which is actually just the right size for a cocktail straw to have a sip of water during the night

The sticky backing didn’t peel off very easily and came off in bits but the actual tape worked and stopped me snoring haha

Wasn't sure about this initially but I'm a mouth breather and put it down to not being able to breathe through my nose at night but this wasn't the case I always wake up with a sore dry mouth and horrible breath so I thought I would give it a go I slept much better no painful dry mouth and tounge in the morning and I feel my morning breath was much better as I didn't have that horrible taste and smell going on i would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mouth breathing comfortable to wear and easy to remove no sticky residue and you get a lot for the money it's a small price to pay for a good night's sleep I give it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Leaves Black and Glue Residue The tape came in very good packaging and was sealed with a plastic film. I have very sensitive skin, so I normally do a patch test on my arm before applying the tape to my face for 8 hours to avoid any surprises. Unfortunately, the tape leaves black and glue residue that is very difficult to wash off and caused a rash when I tried to remove it. The removal process was also very uncomfortable because the tape was extremely sticky. Going through the removal process before going to work is a nightmare. The tape also has quite a strong smell. For me, it is definitely not fit for purpose, and I will go back to using a mouth guard.

I decided to give SleepSeal a try after reading other reviews and wanting to desperately improve my sleep quality. Skeptical but worth a try for the price and the fact that these are made from sustainable bamboo silk. These have not disappointed. I’m now on my second pack, and ordered more, as my deep sleep quality has increased from around 3-4% each night to between 17-20%, which is amazing! I am feeling more rested, no more snoring and no more drooling - bonus and my pillow has thanked me! For anyone concerned the fabric is breathable but gently assists in keeping your mouth closed during the night creating a deeper sleep.

I ordered these because they were recommended, and I’m really glad I tried them. I’ve used mouth tape before, but these feel much more premium straight away , they are soft, flexible and they stay put all night without being harsh on the skin. I’ve only been using them a couple of nights but I already notice the benefits. I’m waking up feeling more rested, no dry mouth in the morning, and I actually feel like I’ve slept deeper. They’re shaped well and don’t pull at your lips when you remove them, which I’ve had with cheaper versions. For anyone who mouth breathes at night, snores slightly, or just wants better sleep quality, these make such a difference. Exactly what I was hoping for!
