It’s been a great affordable laptop. I did have the issue with it restarting but I updated the drivers and no issues since. I am not a computer wiz. It was simple to do and solved the problem. The screen resolution is great and the programs run great. It loads quickly and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something affordable and reliable.

I thought i was getting the touchscreen but its better than my old laptop so i cant complain for $209 on sale. Its really laggy and can barely have more than 5 tabs open on opera without becoming a laggy and slow mess. The battery is nice when it comes to charging, its really fast. The laptop is fairly light as well as the quality feels nice and not cheap. If it wasnt so laggy i would give it a 5 star

My wife recently went back to school and needed a new laptop. This is definitely a winner for school work.

It looks like windows 11, but runs like windows 98. Actually, idk if thats accurate because windows 98 (in comparison) is better than 11. Its very frustrating when you buy a new PC, you have nothing installed other than what it comes with, and it runs this poorly. I'm going to install an older version of windows that I have. If it runs better I will update. Also, the free copy of Microsoft Office isn't a card with a code (that I typically have received in the past) its just a link you activate. So, dont accidentally click that link instead of saving it for a time that serves you better. I was very annoyed by this since I already have Microsoft Office for free via my school.

I am already fustrated with this lap top in that MICROSFT PRODUCT willnot "ALLOW ME" to downloand ABYTHING other than thier produsts from thier store. Thier store will say the program is free to use - BUT ISN"T. No OTHER BROWSER IS ALLOWED - So for the I will ONLY USE IT FPR WHAT IT WILL ONLY ALLOW FOR ME TO USE IT AS>>> and will PURCHASE ANOTHER LAPTOP for MY USE & INTENDED PURPOPSES. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL.

Great computer, works well, the screen quality was good and the speed meets our needs. I used this to complete work and my daughter took it took college with her.
