French cassoulet with duck confit - cassoulet au canard la belle Chaurienne - La Belle Chaurienne -

Always deliciously reliable

I normally make cassoulet from scratch, and I was a bit sceptical about this product but thought I would give it a try. It is very good, and tastes much the same as homemade cassoulet. One tin contains enough for a full meal for one person and it takes half an hour to cook in the oven. I know some reviewers have liked the product to Heinz beans and sausages - I don't think that is fair, the ingredients are much higher quality.

The tins of cassoulet were bashed about and had huge dents in them. The packet of guitar strings was squashed. All are unusable as gifts as intended.

Had this product before, delicious! Very handy to have in the pantry for something different 😘🤗

Lots of beans with a bit of Duck and a sausage. OK but nothing special.

Tin is impossible to open with ringpull. Breaks off every time. End up opening with pliers. Needs attention on canning

Was a perfect base to establish an authentic Cassoulet

as advertised, very good item for me as i live alone
