It gets some stars for the smooth swivel, rock, and the controls being on the inside. However, if you’re trying to do a blacked out room or nursery, the controls omit a blue light that brightens up the entire room. The brown color is also not a dark brown, it’s more of an orangish brown. The threading also has parts that are less than ideal. I find it quite uncomfortable too. Unless you like a firm recliner. ALSO, if you have to return it, you have to pay for shipping. It’s also quite narrow if you are needing some space for nursing or something.

This chair is very stiff not soft and chusioned. The reclining part is very quiet. Just very uncomfortable

Kind of an interesting smell out of the box…

Would give 0 stars if I could. Chair is so uncomfortable and it makes a loud noise when reclining since the material is so cheap you can hear it rub against itself. Been fighting with customer service since we received the chair off our baby registry. Amazon approved the return but the third party wants us to pay to ship the two large boxes it comes in out of our pocket. So far the only solution they have offered is for us to keep the chair and they’ll give us $20. I am struggling to even hear from them once every 24 hours. Whole thing is such a joke - would highly, highly recommend spending the extra $100 and not dealing with this third party company.
