Excellent produit ! Suite à un lumbago (j'ai forcé ^^), impossible de dormir correctement, toutes les positions m'étaient désagréables voire douloureuses. Grâce à cet oreiller, j'ai pu dormir tant sur le dos que des deux côtés !

Cómoda!
Recientemente empecé a usar una almohada lumbar específicamente diseñada para dormir, y mi experiencia inicial ha sido muy buena. Desde la primera noche, noté un cambio en la comodidad al acostarme, especialmente al dormir boca arriba o de lado. La almohada se coloca justo debajo de la zona lumbar, lo que ayuda a mantener una postura más alineada y natural durante el sueño. Lo que más aprecio es cómo se adapta a la curva de la espalda baja sin ser demasiado rígida ni blanda. Esto crea una sensación de apoyo suave pero efectivo que alivia la tensión en la zona lumbar. También me gusta que esté hecha con espuma de memoria (si aplica), porque se moldea según la forma del cuerpo, pero vuelve a su forma original rápidamente. Por ahora, es un complemento que recomiendo si buscas mejorar la calidad de tu sueño y cuidar tu zona lumbar. ¡Espero que los buenos resultados se mantengan! 😊

Mega! Ich schreibe recht selten eine Bewertung. Allerdings bin ich wirklich mehr als begeistert von diesem Kissen ✨️✨️✨️ Die erste Nacht schon,bringt mir unglaubliche Resultate! Der erste Morgen seit Monaten,an dem ich ohne Schmerzen im unteren Rücken aufwache! Ich habe schlimme Probleme mit dem ISG und ich bin seit ich aufgestanden bin sprachlos, wie enorm dieses Kissen mir hilft! Ich habe es in Rücken und Seitenlage genutzt und fasse mein leichtes Gefühl nicht. Also, alle fünf Sterne und eine absolute Kaufempfehlung 👍👍👍👍👍
