Honestly these mio unwind drinks are the best. It is very effective and consistently after work I fall asleep so quickly after drinking this! The flavor is good too, similar to any other mio varieties I've tried. It is extremely easy to use before bed, just add to water. It doesn't have sugar so I like that,, but keep in mind it contains citric acid and I like to wait like 30 mins after drinking before I brush my teeth because of that ingredient, I don't want to risk being too hard on my enamel. I don't think that is a big issue but it's good to be careful so just wait a bit before brushing....not too long or you won't want to get up out of bed though !

Great taste. I really have liked the unwind mio. It helps after a long day. The magnesium seems to help. Im not sure if it is because it is already in an aqueous state and so it is easier for the body to absorb. But tha is my guess.

Love the taste! I’ve tried several flavors and this is my favorite. I really like that you just squeeze any amount to want and you are good to go. The lid is surprisingly strong as it has never leaked in my lunch bag. I get a month’s use out of each bottle. Well worth the price.

I like the MIO. Low calories and carbs. It adds a flavor that assists in drinking more water. Easy to bring with when traveling.

I like this MiO Unwind Berry Dragonfruit water enhancer. It adds a really good fruity flavor that makes plain water much more enjoyable. It mixes easily and you only need a small amount for strong flavor, which makes it convenient and long-lasting. A nice option when I want something different from plain water.
