Has a mushy look. But still assume. The dressing recipe on the back is good too. I didn’t use any sugar. Put the 2 together and you have a nice sea weed salad add to you sushi.

Salad is Wonderful; Bag is tiny.
I loved the salad itself. It has a wonderful assortment of seaweed and agar. It tasted great. The problem was that there is not much in the bag. I could easily eat a whole bag in one meal. I took some wakame I had ordered separately and added it to stretch the number of servings. Even though I loved this, I will stick with just buying wakame for which you can get a lot more bang for your buck.
