When I open the software, it says "port open", and cannot connect to my machine.

1. Check the E-stop, make sure it is pulled up. Then click unlock. 2. Check limit switches. If any axis presses the limit, the machine will lock, too. Power off the machine, manually jog each axis away from the limits. Then re-start the machine.

What's the router bits in the package?

There is a set (10pcs) of V-bits included. They are 30 degrees, 0.2mm tip V-bits.

The flash drive in the box failed. Where can I find the documents?

Can I change and upgrade the stepper motors of the Masuter Pro?

Yes, the Masuter Pro supports NEMA23 stepper motor upgrade now. You will also need to replace some new plates, too. Complete stepper motor upgrade kits for Masuter Pro: B0F6C9W2PZ

What should I do when the belt is loose?

Check belt tension on regular basis. Adjust the belt clips to tighten the belts. If the belt is too loose and cannot be tighten, it may be worn out. Please replace with new belts.

nulla da dire, è la migliore. per avere il massimo dei risultati per lavori con frese grandi consiglio di cambiare immediatamente il trapanino che però è ottimo per piccoli lavori. Con un bel matita da 65mm si può fare qualunque cosa. ora farò delle modifiche per renderla più grande. per i miei lavori di insegne neon necessito di un piano più grande.
