Westmon Works Saint Joseph Home Selling Kit with Instructions Holy Card Medal and Burial Bag Bundle

If you are selling a house, you need St. Joseph! I followed the instructions and placed him in the ground with a prayer in the front of my house on Saturday before my open house. I had an acceptable offer and was under contract by Wednesday. The positive reviews are real!

To confess, I am not a Catholic and generally a skeptic. But I do believe in higher power personally coming from a Judeo-Christian background. After our house hitting 90 days on the market without so much as an offer I was open to any suggestions. A Catholic friend of mine suggested the Saint Joseph house selling kit. I thought she was kidding at first. But I ordered the kit and followed the instructions exactly as they are in the kit, following the daily prayers and basically a lot of gratitude for the powers that be that they are helping move mountains. We also threw in an extra prayer that the right family for this house be brought to us. With modest interest it was a challenge at first. But once we got Saint Joseph and in the ground according to the instructions, we had an offer for exactly what we were asking. We were astounded in this tough market that this turned around so fast. So Yes, I’d definitely going for this kit if you need to sell a house and it’s not selling. Performance was incredible – the quality it is a plastic Saint Joseph, but it’s a very nice one. I would like to have a better quality one since I’m going to bring it into my home as part of the prayer and honoring him in My Home. The value for money it’s very good all things and the size is quite modest. I don’t think he measures over 6 inches high and a bury him in that you can use later and it’s all sealed in plastic so you can put that back in the ground and pull it out and it will be pristine. I think it would be an incredible gift for anyone trying to sell a house. Message to realtors out there, I would give this to all my customers. It seems to work when all else fails. That was just a thought, but I think it wouldn’t hurt. Good luck happy house-hunting and happy house selling.

We had never heard about using a St. Joseph statue to sell a house until we were getting antsy trying to sell our home a couple of months ago with no success after a couple of weeks. Just under a week after burying St. Joe we had an offer come in and we successfully closed on our house a month later! St. Joe was dug up and now spends his time chilling on a shelf in our dining room at our new house. The product was very nicely packaged and included a sample prayer card, nice silk bag for placing St. Joe in, a nicely sized St. Joe statue of a few inches that was well made, and a medallion of St. Joe as well. Great value and nicely put together! It's a great gift idea if you have any friends/family with stress over trying to sell a home!

I’m sure my house would have sold anyway, but we sold at a great price and brought him to the new house as directed- he has a place of relative prominence. We’ve sold 3 homes and buried the Saint at 2 of them (the first home we couldn’t find him so we had to buy a new one). 😢 Again, not sure how well it ‘actually’ works, but an extra blessing certainly can’t hurt. This one is packaged nicely, and I love the bag! It’s nice to keep it from getting dirty.

This worked in 3 days!!! Worth every penny and a nice gift set. I would highly recommend this to anyone selling their home…or an awesome gift to give a friend or client to help sell their house.

Hopefully saint.Joseph can sell our house in the new year??. 👉I buried the statue in the bag provided with a small shovel in my front garden near the road upside down facing the house as 'requested' 2 weeks ago now.
