Why did you pick this product vs others?: It works i took 10ml and it tore my stomach up. I was in so much pain from gas. And it keeps you woke so take it early. Maybe without food because with food you'll be bloated. I took a break until this gas subsides and I'll do a smaller dose. Ease of swallow: Not bad I didn't have to add it to anything. Flavor was good. Effectiveness: It works I say start small at 1st let ur body get adjusted to it.

First time with product and it tastes great! I started with 1 tsp and will go to 2 tomorrow. It comes in a plastic bottle and surprised it arrived without damage, it was thrown into a box with a small box of tea and when I picked up the box it just rolled to the other end I thought the bottle was broken but it wasn’t. Incredible how amazon’s shipping department has degraded over the years. I don’t care if it states non refundable, if an item arrives damaged I will contact them and request replacement or refund, they’re a business not a charity and I expect to receive what I paid for and they oblige.

It’s good, not keen on taste but that’s a minor thing
