Very nice quality soil.
Stinky, which tells me it’s high quality lol. It’s a very nice soil, but expensive. So I mix it with a cheaper soil and some perlite and it’s wonderful. My plants love the worm castings. Note on the smell: out of the bag, it’s rank. However, once I put it in the plant pots, I didn’t notice the scent. It could just be the scent fermenting while in transit, so I wouldn’t be deterred by it! Just a heads up.

Black dirt
No where near as much perlite as pictured. I'll still use it and mix more in but it's just the black soil not much else
