does this really work/?

I use progesterone cream every single night. Without fail. It helps. It is necessary for your body. I take premarin every day too. Since I was 25. I am now 70. Must have estrogen to remain a woman. But we need the 2 others main hormones to make it work like normal. I.take testosterone in a compounded cream. That too has made me a stronger,literally. And helps in trying to lose weight,maintain muscle mass...it balances everything out,for me,and I need it all. I am alive,active and want to feel as normal and younger for as long as I can. Balancing your needed hormones is very important. Also a tiny bit if testosterone made me stronger personality wise too. I am not a man. Just a lady whose female organs were all removed at age 25. So....I needed help to feel "right" again. It has kept me a woman for many years.

What is the dose per pump? Why does it not clearly state this?

We're more than happy to address your question and first we'd like you to know that we always recommend using a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon as the pump feature isn't intended for a measuring mechanism. Can you use this everyday if you are post menopausal, or should you still take a week off per month?

Look at the natural hormonal cycle of a female. Right after your period it is estrogen rising. When fertile estrogen is at its highest & there's a little spike in testosterone. Then progesterone rises & this is your pms time of the month, then it all drops & estrogen rises again after period ends. If you want to mimic your natural cycle about 11 days per month is all you should use progesterone.
