Method:1. get liquid up to temp2. add food3. bring back up to temp4. pour in cooler and capnotes: I have never mashed longer than 2 hours. Final mash temp is usually near 160F. Remember, sous vide is not designed for large items, it can leave foods in the danger zone 40F-140F for way too long. **Q: If you've used this for hot beverages, like cocoa, how did it do? Did it keep warm for several hours?** A: We only use this for hot cocoa for our sporting events.
