Is the plastic BPA free?

yuck! i was happy with the product, then yesterday i went to open another packet, and the 'rice' is creamy and yellow, instead of clear. is this mold?

To my knowledge, no... it is not mold. What makes the 'rice' a creamy yellow is the oat fiber that it also contains. I believe it would be clear if it had no oat fiber. Hope this is helpful.

Since you added oats to the product. How can you claim it's gluten free? Wheat, oats barle and rye are the 4 sources of gluten.

While oats are naturally gluten free, they may come in contact with gluten-containing grains such as wheat, rye and barley at the farm, in storage or during transportation.

It comes packed in liquid. But mine was spoiled and I never heard back from seller. They don't take returns. Still have the box. Product should look like pasta on clear liquid, mine was shriveled and in light brown liquid. Gross! Other reviewers said same thing.
