My only complaint is that it is really flat on the bottom, so we have to use a squeegee to scrape the food particles over to the drain. I wish it would be a little more angled so water washed everything out. I guess that is a drawback to such a large sink.Otherwise it is beautiful and huge - I call it the bathtub of our kitchen. We could seriously bathe a toddler in this thing.Install was easy, though the template for under mounting was a little off.The included accessories are a great bonus . We love the rack for the bottom (I don't even mind lifting it out to squeegee the bottom of the sink) and the red rolling drying rack is so helpful (I only wish the dishes would stand up on it instead of lay flat but it stores away so easily).The deep drain catch area is awesome too. Perfect size and easy to maintain. We purchased it in October, and it was installed in our new home in November. It is missing one of the black protectors on the grate. I contacted the company by email, and they asked for the order number. I emailed the order number and waited patiently to hear something and/or receive the piece in the mail. It is now mid-January, and I still have not heard from them.
