Can I attach this to a floor stand with vesa mount instead of directly mounting on a wall?

No, I do not see how you would do that. You would need to make holes with threads in that stand and still being a curved surface it would not be a clean joint with the flat surface of the VIVO Wall Mount.

The vesa plate is not a square but a a 127x120 rectangle. If the tv/monitor’s mount protrudes into the structure (120x120 in my case), this product will NOT fit.
