And I just know it has so many nutritional benefits. It doesn't taste like cows' milk, it has a unique flavor which is delicious. Different for me at first but now I can't do without it. It expensive but camels produce so little milk compared to what cows produce and the dairy in Dubai is not filling them full of hormones to increase production like we do here in the US for all our meat, milk and egg production. Yuk. I appreciate the careful treatment of the camels and the dedication to the purity of the product.

A: I think the instructions must be on the part of the package I removed, but basically you mix one packet of the camel milk with about two thirds of a cup of water. I use an immersion blender since it doesn’t mix well by hand.
