How can i tell if this item is real or fake? Cause I've been getting its fake or its real

The one I bought in 2014 was a fake. Cheaply made. The band was orange instead of brown. Horrible service from the seller.

I can't find my box/booklet. If you don't have your booklet that came with the watch, I would call them at: Customer service: 1-866-709-KORS (5677) (I Googled it). Depending on how long you've had the watch and if you have proof of purchase, you may be able to find out about the warranty.
