Tracked this down after seeing it at a friend's house who is an interior designer. SO cute. Just opened and started using today so I can't speak to longevity yet, but love the heat output and flames. Leather style handle is a nice detail and this is perfect if you have a fireplace that's non operational. So cute and perfect for cozy winter months! Price is solid looking at other similar options, and it was worth getting one that I knew someone in my life had tested vs blind buying online. Noise level is nothing crazy—the fan sound doesn't personally bother me. Solid purchase!

THIS is the model with the important safety features, and my personal favorite space heater. designed not to tip over, this model has a thermostat, so it shuts down when it reaches your set room temperature. It will come back on as the room cools. Has no trouble with a 20'x20' room. Flames can be set off or on and with or without heat. Unexpectedly quiet while running. This is the only model I buy now. Great value. Highly recommend!

This space heater is wonderful! I kept it outside on a covered porch for literally almost a year in Florida through the heat and winter and it still runs and works great. I’ve had it now for almost 2 years and it’s still going strong! The flame effect is calming and the quality is amazing for the price. It’s not loud or noisey and still looks almost brand new after so much use.

I would have given it five stars if it hadn’t stopped working after three months of use! Had realistic looking flames and heated well. However, doesn’t last long before having issues. Poorly made. Makes a noise then starts smelling like burnt wiring. I’ve retried it for three days now so I’m thinking it’s shot. Had been giving me issues for the past month but now the noise and smell don’t go away. Very disappointed any tossed it out. See photo. Move on and order a different brand. Good luck!
