I took a chance on this because my cramps are killing me & I was using a tens unit but hate the wires and sticking them on and off. I’ve been eyeing this & finally did it. Let me say I love love love this!! It’s good quality, very lightweight and easy to use. It has 3 heat settings and it gets warm so quickly which I love. It’s not scorching hot to where it’s uncomfortable, it’s the perfect heat. The vibrating is amazing and helps a lot. I will say I planned to take this on days I have cramps at work but the vibrating sound is a little loud for that but I’ll just use that part at home or on my break if I have to. Very easy to control, hold button down to turn on or off (top is heat and bottom is vibrate). The adjustable strap is amazing too, I like that I can walk around without a cord like with typical heating pads. I charged it right out of the box (after trying first of course lol) it probably took 45 minutes to fully charge! This product really helped my pain and discomfort and I’m so happy I got it and took a chance on it!

I have now purchased 7 of these. 5 for me and two for my son. I had three and rotated them one by one using a new one as charged but two would have sufficed. That said one of the three lost charge in 1/2 the time and then died completely in 4-5 months. The other two were fine and I bought two more (for my personal total of 5) one still wrapped for just in case the other is just as great as the two good ones I have. Really really redirects my awareness of pain. Lasts a long time. After a while, the length of standing tolerance grew. Makes my life do-able. I recommend for anyone with back pain. Don’t sleep with it because the heat could burn you and the shape could hurt your spine.

This is a must have for women who experience cramps during that time of the month. It works super well and isn't too big either, perfect size and very portable. The 3 different heating settings it has are wonderful and just enough without it being too overwhelming In different settings. It heats up fairly fast too which is great for helping ease pain faster. The vibration setting on it is also a nice feature though I have only used it once. It's definitely a bang for your buck.

When I first purchased this product i was absolutely in love with it! My only issue that i have had with this product is that after 1 year of usage, it had malfunctioned! While wearing this product, the heating mode would not turn off and the vibration setting would not shut off either! This product became very unsafe after 1 year of usage. The price of this product is very cheap and do-able, but i don’t recommend this product if your looking for long term usage!
