Beautiful Design, But Strong Paint Smell
The piece looks beautiful and is just as pictured. However, the paint smell is extremely strong — so much so that we had to leave it outside to air out. Even after a full week, the odor hasn’t gone away. We’re very concerned about potential health effects, especially for our young daughter, and don’t feel safe assembling or placing it in her room at this point. It’s disappointing because the design is lovely, but the lingering chemical smell is a serious drawback.
