He said he doesn't slip as they have good traction and they are comfortable and warm. He is able to wear two pairs of wool socks and we might look into a sole insert in the future. These are going to work great with waders when he goes fly fishing or bank fishing. Also, they will work great in the boat.

Fantastic for mucking stalls. They have great traction, so I'm not slipping around in the mud, and they're perfectly waterproof. My feet stay dry and warm no matter the temperature. They do run large, but when I put some fleece socks in there, they are a perfect fit. I've had them for about a month and don't have any complaints thus far. I also like that they're easy to wash off and I don't have to worry about damaging any leather.
