My farrier recommended I give this a try, but telling me that it would probably be up to a year to see any significant improvements. My horse is currently in a 4-week trim cycle, he is barefoot. My farrier couldn’t believe the amazing results in the first three months. We still have a little ways to go after about 7-months, but we can see the great improvements every four weeks. I have always used the double strength, but when his feet have returned to normal we will switch to regular strength since it is about $30 a bag cheaper. Highly recommend this stuff, but remember, your horses hooves didn’t get in bad condition over night so don’t expect overnite results.
