Can you use it to shave the body? Like the upper torso and that?

I would say probably not, the best use I have found from this is when the hair is like stubble and is not too long, like a day or two's growth. To use it on your torso where the hair is longer you would struggle to get it doing a job. The remington quick cut clipper would be better for this type of thing.
