The company name is Revive Personal Products Co on the packet and Mr Google says their address is 8 Elmer St., Madison New Jersey. I purchased through Amazon.

Are these really thin? My teeth are tight together and wondering if they will fit.

Oh, I just saw the photo accompanying this question. No. The Originals are NOT thin. Get Stim-U-Dent "THINS"! They are thinner and slip in between each and every tooth. It's a light blue and white package, not green.

Are these made of orangewood? Orangewood doesn't splinter and break off in your teeth.

The color of the wood is orange, I don't know what the wood is but they splinter .
