It feels high-quality and sturdy. I’ve been using it for days, and it still looks brand new. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Unfortunately, both dispensers stopped working shortly after the 30-day return window passed. For the hand soap dispenser, the soap simply does not come out anymore, no matter what I try. I even attempted to dilute the soap by adding more water, but it still doesn’t dispense anything. For the dish soap dispenser, the straw connected to the pump keeps falling off and won’t stay attached, which makes the dispenser unusable as well. I understand that I can no longer return or replace the products because it has been slightly over 30 days, but for the price and expectations, I’m honestly very disappointed with the quality and durability of these dispensers.

I absolutely love these dispensers. The glass design looks very elegant and adds a clean, modern touch to the bathroom or kitchen. The pump works smoothly, doesn’t get stuck, and dispenses just the right amount of soap. They also feel sturdy and well-made.I use them for hand soap and lotion, and they match perfectly with my decor. They’re also easy to refill and clean.Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something stylish, practical, and durable.

Dispensers look and work great! Package includes 2 dispensers, labels, and even a funnel to fill the bottles. Assembly is easy and straightforward, insert straw tubes into dispenser heads and then screw onto bottle. Once you have the heads screwed on you can align the appropriate sticker on the bottle. If you're having difficulties dispensing the contents, just plug the dispensing hole with your finger while pumping the plunger. This will prime the pump, then you'll have no issues dispensing the contents. I ran into this issue with the hand soap.

These bottles are beautiful. But I ordered a set in December, and the pump on one of the bottles failed within the month, ordered a replacement that arrived in January they came and looked great and worked up until a month ago. I had to remove the pump and now am reduced to pouring out the soap right from the glass bottle in my beautiful new kitchen LOL, I reached out to the seller after and we couldn’t come to agreeable terms ( I asked for a refund since twice I’ve had issues) considering the price I paid and the aggravation of dealing with the faulty pump. They need better quality pumps, these didn’t last for me past 2 months and it’s money out the door. The bottles themselves are beautiful, thick and perfect olive green (that’s why I chose them) the labels are nice and held up well to the water, the pump leaves much to be desired and I hope they find a good solution to that. These would be beautiful but NOT long term.

I personally really like this glass soap dispenser set for dish + hand soap. They look super cute together on my counter and give it a really clean, aesthetic vibe. The pumps push down smooth and are easy to use, and I love the look of them. The best part is the sticker quality — I’ve soaked it, washed right over the labels, and they still look brand new. The glass feels sturdy too, not cheap at all. After about 6 months I’m not experiencing one of them not wanting to pump anymore. I don’t know if it’s due to soap getting stuck or what but now only one bottle works.

Didn’t even last four months. One has soap leaking out everywhere and the dish soap won’t even pump anymore. So pretty but useless and going in the trash :( Updating: they provided a refund and said they are getting new heads so maybe we will try again in a few months . It was so pretty while it worked!
