I love this guided journal. I've always loved journaling, but recently I haven't had the motivation, so having the prompts and structure is incredibly helpful. It's a good value for the price with thick pages that don't bleed and a nice cover. Overall, it helps me maintain my goal of journaling consistently--a win for me!

Nice journal
If you are looking for a pre-made wellness journal, look no further. It is undated, which is perfect for someone who may put it down and pick it back up later. There are 90 days or 3 months of entries available in this. Perfect for a quarter of the year. I'm using it for the winter months since those are harder for me. The only thing that could make this better would be more note pages, and maybe a pen loop but I could always add my own. The cover is soft and very classy. Paper is smooth and somewhat thick. I have minimal ghosting using a regular gel pen. This is something that could be decorated with washi and stickers , or just used functionally and plain. Overall, I think it's a nice journal and suits most people's needs in the wellness journey.

Amazon journal
This is my favorite journal, it lets you track your sleep, food, water intake, things you did for yourself, what went went well in your day, and it has a big space at the bottom where you can vent about whatever you want. Also, a section where you can talk about what you're thankful for. It might cost a lot but it's worth it.

Helpful, Self-Care Tool
I put others first. I cook for others first, serve others first, handle other people's problems before I do anything for myself - Even my dogs get fed before I do. So by the time I feed myself, I'll be lucky if I put anything with nutritional value into my mouth. This book puts an end to that. It demands that you ground yourself. It forces you to determine what you'd like to focus on, nutritionally, each day. It gives you spaces to list your sleep, your activity, your feelings for the day, what you've had to eat throughout the day, and what you have to feel grateful for that day. It's been a huge reminder that... In MY world, *I* do matter, too. It's a very helpful tool for Self-Care

Great notebook to keep track of your daily life
I love this notebook. I feel like i have become much more aware of my own thoughts and feelings when i keep track of each day’s events and emotions. The book has many nice sections on your habit for example your sleep, meals in a day, self care, activities, the amount of water you consume, your overall feelings of the day, what went well today and etc. I am always looking forward to write about my day so i can see my progress in life and how my ordinary day seems to be better than i thought.

Good Beginner Journal
This is a great journal for beginner’s looking to get into journaling. It has a fairly simple layout that makes the prompts easy to follow and fill out. The book finish is beautiful and striking and the construction seems well built. I am very happy with the product. Pages are a thicker size and pen ink does not bleed through the pages, which is great.
