I adhered them to my panties, stood in the shower and urinated with a pretty full bladder. The pad completely absorbed the large amount of urine and didn't let my panties get at all wet!!! In addition, per unit price these pads are significantly cheaper than other brands of pads claiming to have ultimate, super or extra absorbency and certainly cheaper than bladder incontinence underwear.

Great Serious Bladder Incontinence Pads
These are great self adhesive bladder incontinence pads for those that have serious incontinence issues but don't want to wear incontinence underwear. I adhered them to my panties, stood in the shower and urinated with a pretty full bladder. The pad completely absorbed the large amount of urine and didn't let my panties get at all wet!!! Tried to fix something that wasnt broke, and ruined them
These were great till they changed them. Added the blue stripe down the middle and there is no padding under it, if you hold it up to the light. That forces the urine to the edges, and now they leak and have to change them more often. They also arent shipped in a box anymore, so they end up with weird dents in them now.......Not sure why they had to change something that wasnt broke........bought many times, now have to find something else.......Dumb move!!!!
