The case, playing surface, checkers, dice cups, and even the dice. Small and portable but large enough to easily play on. The felt under the checkers is a nice touch as it helps keep the checkers from sliding around while playing a game. We've been really pleased with the set and it looks nice on the shelf with the rest of our wooden games. For the price this is a great backgammon set. Comes with everything needed and is well built. Everything is wooden. The case, playing surface, checkers, dice cups, and even the dice.
