I have ordered this item for my new car, which arrived on the day after my return deadline. To find out this charger is only compatible in the USA. I’m not living in the UK and completely stuck with this item.. I’m really not sure why which item is available in the UK Amazon store if this is not a compatible item with UK EVs (Tesla) and I’m not £400+ down the drain and cannot return the device. Completely out of pocket and stuck with this item! This item should be removed from the UK Amazon store to prevent further issues.

Installation does require an electrician, but it’s pretty straightforward. Once it’s in, it just works. Another thing I really like is how seamless it is with the car. You just plug it in and it handles everything automatically—no messing with settings every time. If I had to nitpick anything, it’s the upfront cost plus installation, but honestly, it pays off quickly in convenience alone.
