Q: What is the width coverage of the umbrella? 42", 55"?

Product description says 42 inch arc.That means the width is roughly 37 inches.

The umbrella diameter is 39", but with the full curve it is 42". I am unsure of UV protection, but if you want this data, go to Lifetek.com and ask, as I contacted them once, and they answered very quickly.

Q: How does this umbrella compare to the totes brand?

I have had the Totes, Windbuster (can't find this anymore after I lost it on the subway) Repel and now this LifeTek that I purchased in 2022. I like this one very much, the olive green color is great and it bounces back after heavy wind blew it out straight. I just walk to somewhere out of the rain, close it and straighten it and reopen and it is back to good condition again.
