It says you're supposed to dispose of them after a couple if uses, but I find that they stay clean for a few weeks or more. i discard them when they start to look dirty. If you wash your hands before putting the earplugs in, and don't have particularly waxy ears, a box could last you several months. **Q: Will these drown out the sound of my neighbor's leaf blower when I have a migraine?** A: Probably not, if it's your next-door neighbor. Maybe if it's your neighbor down the street. They will reduce the noise but not eliminate it.
