Great medieval knights Templar sword
Very accurate to the time period. This is a real sword people. Be very careful as it comes very sharp. But it is a beauty. I would call it a piece of art! Loved this sword. Very high quality. Looks awesome! I love it.

Looks great is dull
Pretty well put together the scabbard is very snug, leather wrapping is well secured and the weight is as sturdy as you might expect for decent steel. Only complaint would be the "razor sharp" part of the item title and in its description. Dull thing could barely cut butter. All in all pretty well made just not sharp.

You get what you pay for
The blade could be sharper, the grip pommel seemed a bit rushed, and the metal belt attachment slid off right away. Small issues that can be remedied.

Great quality for the money 9/10
One month later and two weeks after it was originally supposed to arrive (thanks fedex) I finally got my sword! Alright here’s my take on this. It was packaged rather well in my opinion and had plenty of oil on it to keep away the rust so the seller did great there. The customer service could’ve been better with some issues I had but I got what I wanted at the end. Now the sword itself feels really study and it most definitely has some weight to it compared to that of a broadsword. As far as I can tell the blade isn’t warped or bent at any odd angles and is sharpened but not the absolute sharpest in the world by any means. So sturdiness i give it a 10 out of 10 when it comes to the sword itself. The craftsmanship could be better for the pommel however since it doesn’t look even on all sides with the cross. The leather work on the pommel also doesn’t look as good as what it does everywhere else but I’ll let that slide since it does look rather complicated compared to everywhere else. Now the scabbard I’d give it a 7 out of 10 simply because it’s a little tighter on the sword than I’d like making it a little difficult to pull out and the metal cap at the point end of it wobbles a little and seems like it might fall off after a little wear and tear. Other than those small details it’s honestly a great sword and much better than the others I own.

This Sword looks like a Great Deal
The media could not be loaded. First, I am not a sword expert. I began collecting medieval swords after first building a Japanese daisho. My first medieval sword was an Italian long sword made by a quite well known sword and knife maker. I wanted a hand and a half or bastard sword and let me say it this way. This is the ultimate "mean" bastard sword! This thing is a brute of a sword. I'm 6' 3'' and I can handle it but someone of lesser strength may want to think twice (or start weight training) if they want to use it for anything other then a wall hanger. The Italian long sword feels light by comparison, but make no mistake, anything hit hard with this bad boy will certainly feel some real pain. Think of the Locksley sword wielded by the sheriff in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. Not deftly handled but anything hit by it becomes kindling or dead. The sword comes razor sharp with only a slight bead on the one edge which was easily removed by my crock stick. This sword is sharp! I easily cleaved a plastic milk bottle (see video clip) and later took a chunk out of the log it was sitting on when I hit just a little low. This showed me how solid this is put together. I can see this cleaving through armor and chain mail if swung powerfully. The fit and finish was well done with the leather on the handle well appointed with only a slight wrinkle at each end but hardly noticed. The black Teutonic cross is really impressive. The scabbard is well made with a nice smooth leather covering. The throat and chape are polished relatively well. The sword slid smoothly into the scabbard and fit snugly. Everything seemed well made and solid. Nothing to complain about really except the blade finish which was not quite up to the Italian long sword's mirror finish but is presentable enough. All in all I am impressed with this sword and especially at this price point. If the other swords in this maker's stock are like this one you can't go wrong.

Pretty sword, but…
It looks great! It arrived quickly. But it’s SUPER tip heavy, way too beefy, and honestly a bit heavier than is normal for this type of sword. It will look good on my wall, but I am unlikely to train with it.

Blade alittle malformed, not bad though. Wooden scabbard. Stiff
Decent

Good for it's price but read the dimension carefully
It's a greatsword, it's heavy and long, yes it's metal but normally not that much. So, if like me you just wanted a sword to just for the sake of having a sword, it's fine but if you intend on using it or something of the sort be prepared. The only defect I had was that the metal tip at the bottom of the scabbard fell off and I had to fix it back with glue. You will also need to clean it up when you receive it. I was sort of sharp, but i'm really not an expert on that, let's just say there is an edge.

Awesome sword, bad sharpening.
A beautiful, strong, real sword. I'm very very impressed. However, the sharpening is atrocious. It seems it was sharpened with a 100 grit belt sander. Very jagged edges. Also very uneven, at some spots they dug too deep into the blade, and in other spots they didn't do enough and the edge is flat. Also didn't stop near the hilt at the same place on both sides. It's like a drunk teenager sharpened this blade. I would have preferred unsharpened and do it myself. I still recommend the purchase.
