There is no immediate relief from pain when taken, and my symptoms have not improved particularly. I'm not sure how effective they've been over the last month, so I'll see how I get on when they finish in a few days.

I purchased these in desperation as I suffer from diabetes and associated nerve damage. VitaNerve have helped and I’m sleeping better. I think the B vitamins have helped with my general health as well. I’m about to order more.

Seemed to work for me

I have Neuropathy because of Diabetes, it causes constant pain. I don’t have a lot of money but when I saw this product and that it had a money back guarantee, I assumed I couldn’t lose. How wrong can you be the pills had no effect on me at all but to make matters worse I was told I couldn’t have my money back because I had used the pills. How am I supposed to know whether they work or not unless you give them a good try, I believed they would so kept trying but nothing. So don’t be fooled you won’t get your money back at all neither by Amazon or the seller. In fact the seller couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge my request for my money back. DO NOT TOUCH THESE, BEWARE NO MONEY BACK
