粉はさらっとしていて、 器に入れても固まりにくい質感。 少量の水で溶かすとすぐに広がっていきます。 泡立てたときもダマが残りにくく、 全体が均一に整いやすいです。 香りは控えめで、 顔を近づけたときにふわっと感じる程度。 飲んだあとも残りすぎません。 苦みが前に出すぎず、 そのままでも飲みやすいバランス。 ミルクと合わせても重くならずにまとまります。
