How I have managed without this I do not know. This is absolutely brilliant and at a fantastic price. I have recently started to learn how to quilt and have been cutting my pieces using my large mat and having to manually turn it to cut each size. I've been managing and I suppose I could have carried on with my large mat but this makes the process so much easier and quicker and (I think) exact as there is always the chance of my ruler moving as I turn my big mat. This is a good quality mat and the rotation is very easy to do, I am thrilled with it.

This is my second rotating cutting mat and it is of a much better quality than the first. It makes squaring up so much easier. Price is good, love the pink and surface not marked at all - yet! Have used it daily for the last week. Makes trimming half square triangles so easy. Recommended by me

This rotating cutting mat is an absolute god send! I’ve been cutting 5in squares to make cushion covers and trying to turn fabric and cutting rulers around has been a nightmare. I work in a fairly limited space and had been considering an 18in version of this until I realised that it would be too wide to rotate on my work top. The 12in version is too small for the 12in squares I cut for larger projects. Coupled with a 5in square quilting rule, this 13in mat is absolutely perfect for my needs. It swivels well, fits easily on my work surface and, thus far, is showing no signs of rotary cutter damage. It’s well priced compared to the other versions and arrived promptly (thank goodness!). I’m looking forward to many hours of accurate, stress free cutting. Would definitely recommend.

These rotating mats are perfect for small craft projects, I use this for cutting fabric for bunting, patchwork pieces and other small sewing projects, easy to rotate which is a great help when rotary cutting the fabric pieces at an angle, no more movement of fabric when cutting, just rotate the board for each cutting angle, safer and easier! A great addition to my sewing tools and one I would not be without, very useful.

It is a bit stiff to rotate but makes life easier for cutting quilt squares etc. very happy

This is a must-have for anyone doing English Paper Piecing, fussy cutting, or anything generally where you want to rotate the item not yourself! Some reviews state that they couldn't get it to rotate, so it is worth noting that the top layer (cutting mat itself) rotates, not the white section below (pic attached). I have only had it a couple of days so can't comment on its longevity in terms of self-healing, etc. so will update at a later date.

I bought this for my best friend’s birthday present she is disabled and was having difficulty creating her patchwork. She rang me delighted with the product and had already used it to cut out some triangles and squares. She found this was so much easier and quicker than conventional boards. I thoroughly recommend this product to all but especially good if you are disabled. The price was also very competitive.

For anyone who does cutting and sewing this mat is a boon. It minimises errors that occur when you lift and move fabric while cutting. Great quality.
