Q: Does this come ready assembled?

Yes, other than bolting on the feet that you fix to the floor first, it is fully assembled

Q: Is there a unique barcode label for the couriers to scan as proof of delivery, or do you know where you can get them?

No the box does not have it . Not sure where you get them but thinking you create your own unique barcode freely online if a barcode is what your looking for .

Q: Are optional feet or fixing kit supplied with the item? None with the box supplied.

The feet are in the bottom of the post box, fitted upside down. Remove the small fixing screw on the slopping plate inside and you should see the feet.

Q: Can this just sit directly onto concrete without the feet? & how do the feet fit anyway - I guess if there are screw holes it cant just sit?

It's been a while since I assembled the feet, but I think they just bolt onto the bottom. If you wanted to sit the box on the concrete without the feet, ideally, you'd want to seal up the screw holes. I have mine sitting on a concrete slab, with the feet attached, but not bolted to the slab. I've weighed it down with some bricks in the bottom compartment.
