These dtick pretty good, but not permanently. If they get dusty they'll fall off. But just rinse them and dry, and they're good to go.

Worked to help with the leg length difference my wife had after hip replacement. Fit well and didn't slide around.

These work to adjust for a short leg, but will eliminate any arch support that may have been enjoyed prior. I would like to put an insole on top of them if my shoe wasn't already tight. Prior to these I was using some 1/4" wedges a chiropractor had given me some 35 years ago that still did the same thing. I assume the 2-sided tape provided will keep them from slipping under the arch of my foot.

Incredible! I have worn a single heel lift for the past 30 years, and this one is what I have been needing the whole time. I thought that 3/8 inch was my sweet spot, but this 1/2 inch lift is it! It might be because it has a little more give than the cork lifts that I am used to. I am buying more of these as soon as I can!

I broke my femur after a hip replacement and had to have it done all over again. My pelvis has rotated making my operated leg 1/2" longer than my other leg. They can't manipulate my pelvis until the femur is fully healed. The shoe lift fits into my Crocs as well as my sneakers and makes it possible for me to walk without a limp. These lifts are durable, easily cleaned, and very comfortable. The price is a bargain because comparable lifts through a medical outlet are substantially more expensive.

I have ordered this shoe sole lift several times due to a 1/2 inch leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement and then super glue the soft side of the industrial strength velcro to the shoe inside sole and then glue the stiicky velcro side under the lift and can change this to different shoes as needed. Aids in keeping the spine in line and decreases back pain from the leg discrepancy.

This product does as intended. Not comfortable or uncomfortable. It simply accomplishes the goal of elevating your heel (s).

Great product, it was exactly as I expected, it is hard enough to do it’s job and not too hard, the best one I have found so far
