8.5 inch = 216mm; for a SKX007 watch its case diameter is about 45mm. Plus this bracelet length about 170mm, equal to 215mm. As experience, you may need 2~3 pieces of extra link.

Will this fit seiko snzh57?

Yes I would say so. It won't be perfect but good enough. It's better on a slightly rounded lug than a sharper one. Remember it is not a seiko band.
