Worked for me
They have worked to block or mute any noise at night (like husbands occasional snoring) effectively. These are as good as some higher priced ear plugs I have used and do not seem to hurt my ears

Really big, not good for small ear canals, i have to cut them , also hurts the inner ear, doesn't block out very much noise, I won't buy again
