I'm a healthcare practitioner that stands in treatment rooms during encounters with patients. Excellent way to record treatment notes. Gives a very sleek, modern look to my office and draws numerous compliments. There can be a slight bit of tray bouncing while typing, but you get used to it. Also very handy with a large monitor to be able to swing the display arm over to patients to show them an informative picture from the internet rather than having charts on your wall that don't change and may not convey what you're trying to show someone.

The keyboard arm won't flex downward, it stays in an upright position even after we adjusted the tension.

Not easy to assemble! Can’t adjust the keyboard tray, lower, it’s too high even when I’m standing. Great idea, poor implementation!

Got it all put together, adjusted the tension per instructions, however the tension on the keyboard tray is useless, no matter how tight I put it, with just a Mac ally keyboard and mouse on it, it decides to drop almost flat facing the floor

Not as expected. The pics are deceiving and you will need micro peripherals. Not an easy install. Set screws on the keyboard mount do not hold weight and lock the joint correctly.
