Works like a charm every. Single. Time. Guaranteed! My 14 MO struggles with bad constipation once we started solids and even though I still BF full time, his little body just struggles to push out those now solid poos. When he's close to a week without a decent #2, I'll use one of these (only need half honestly but not like you can save and re-use), and i just wait there with the diaper open and ready for the mother load of poops! Lol not joking! He does cry each time as I think it's uncomfortable but I'm not kidding when I say that the very second he gets it all out, he's done crying and I can tell he feels so much better, just completely relieved.
