We played this game during our 8 hours road trip! My kids love this game with us, they are able to express their true feelings and thought to us. They think it’s a fun and excited game. I have 3 kids, from age 4-9, we all enjoy the game. :) I highly recommend it! Good family board game! Good way to get to known more about your kids! I am also thinking about get the our moments for Parent too!

It was the perfect gift for Father's day. My dad's pretty quiet, so it was the perfect thing to get him to open up. My sister and I learned things about him we never knew, and our kids learned even more. They're all interesting questions that are fun to discuss, but without the occasion of the cards, no one's just going to ask. It's a great addition to a group video chat with the family. You can either take turns answering the questions, or split up the deck beforehand. You'll figure it out, but it's a fun family game.

Being a parent is a tough, often thankless, exhausting job. We don't always have the energy to be creative with our conversations at dinner/in the car/during quality time even though we want to be. Our Moments cards are just the spark you need to engage your kids in thoughtful, intriguing conversations that go way beyond "yes," "no" or "fine" answers. Often times you only need reference a few cards and before you know it, half an hour has flown by. My kids, ages 6 and 4 look forward to using the cards as does my wife. I plan to buy another pack (generations) to help my father connect on a deeper level with his grandchildren. The price might seem a bit high for a pack of cards but when you think about the time dedicated to coming up with all the questions, getting rid of the ones that don't work and then refining the wording for maximum effectiveness, the value is pretty great. The owner of the company seems like a good guy too, he followed up on the delivery of our package to make sure everything was okay and nothing was damaged in transit. Pretty good customer service!

I enjoyed the cards and found most of the questions engaging. I suggest reviewing them once to eliminate duplicates or any that may not suit your family. Overall, it was a great experience that led to an enjoyable time.

Decided to check out this deck due as I saw increased family time on the horizon... Our oldest is a (almost) 5-year-old, but punches above his weight class on many games/toys/puzzles/problem solving so we gave it a shot. I'd say about 2/3 of questions are still great for that age and about 1/3 deal with concepts that are a little harder for him to grasp at his age. Since the box says ages 6+ I'd say it's totally age appropriate and we'll get much more out of these over coming years. Right now we're using them after dinner - drawing 2 or 3 cards each night and all answering them. Son's at an obsessive age, so most of his answers tie into dragons somehow, but have prompted some fun conversations and especially for mom and dad while we're stuck close to home and bumped outside of any normal routine.

My 7 yr old daughter and I have been "playing" with these since we received them and I love the conversations we've had! Some questions as a parent are tough to ask for fear of their answers, for instance, "What would you change about our family?" and "What do you think you would do differently as a parent?" But honestly, its ended up being fun and silly. There is one question that scared my daughter, which was about if your home was on fire, what would you grab to bring with you. She asked me to throw it away, and I did. But all the other questions have ranged from silly to thoughtful to slightly serious. I have forced myself to keep an open mind, rather than attempt to change her mind or answers. These will definitely be coming with us on our next road trip.

I've played this game with a tween and a teen child. Tweens are a hard demographic to engage. They are often too old for a lot of activities geared for elementary school-age children and they are too young for teen stuff. This game was a HUGE hit in my house. My tween actually brings the game and says "Let's play." I have learned so much about my child. We all know that teenagers know everything already so I was surprised when my teen wanted to play. I didn't expect that. We laughed, we cried and we talked about so many things I never even knew they were thinking about. It's really a nice way for parents to parent gently and to explain themselves if there is something to explain (like why I have screen time rules which they find unfair). One major benefit is that as a parent I really get a grasp on what my kids think of themselves. I can't recommend this game enough. Also, this is a game, I am gifting to all my friends who have children.

I loved the discussions this card set has enabled both among my children and their children, and between me and individual grandchildren. There are questions on every age level and on many subjects. They are written so as to elicit more than just a yes or no answer. My family, ages ranging from 6 to 42 (not counting us old grandparents!) had the most lively time for over an hour the other night, going round the table and giving everyone the chance to ask a question of their choice to the whole group. Lots of surprising, funny, endearing and informative thoughts were shared.

As a Therapist, these questions promoted thought provoking insight from youth. Would recommend to other allied health professionals for use with minors and families to build rapport.

I have used them with my own children and they are great ice breaker/conversation starters for new groups.

We really enjoy using these cards as conversation starters. My son loves asking me questions too. The conversations go on and on and it's hard to stop. Some questions are real eye openers. I feel like I am getting to know my son better. Very nice stuff.
