Stick with these brand name cartridges.
Tried alternative source cartridges on Amazon for our Hot Springs Spa and both jailed to generate chlorine. We considered have the spa serviced but decided to spend the extra money and get the brand cartridge and the spa has been running to manufacture standards since we got these brand name cartridges.

Caution do not purchase!!!
If I could give no stars I would. This crap of filter did not work and required replacement with in a week of install. I found out it is not a manufacturer salt filter but come from who knows where by some unknown person. I also found out they often don’t even have salt and are used. Unfortunately it is too late for me. BEWARe! Do not purchase these from an Amazon source and only from the company.
