Big Train Blended Ice Coffee, Mocha, 3.5 Pound

Q: WHy did you change the formula? it is no longer thick and creamy and the flavor is worse

I order it all the time and it’s fine. I drink it cold, blended without crushed ice and blend it in my Ninja.

Q: Does this contain Arabica or Colombian Coffee?

They use instant coffee in their blend, I'm unsure of what kind but hopefully the manufacturer can answer that part. I'm pretty sure arabica is more widely used to making instant coffee though.

Q: Does this flavor have chocolate pieces?

No it does not. It's is however a delicious blend of coffee and chocolate flavors. Our a family loves it. If there were chocolate pieces in it they would be pulverized when you place it in the blender. If you want the texture, you could throw in some chocolate chips or pieces of your favorite chocolate during the last pulse or so of the blending process. I knew someone who would make milk shakes and put in a small amount of a melted Hershey bar while he was blending the shake. Created a bunch of micro pieces. Reminded me of stracciatella gelato.
