Leathercraft Needles (Pack of 25) Blunt Tip for Leather, Quilting & Beadwork (Size 00 (2/0))

All 25 needles are one size. The title in the purchase states “all sizes,” but the I needed to select which size I wanted. I feel like this was misleading / confusing. I thought since I was getting 25 I’d receive an assortment. Nope. You only get on size…as long as I waited I don’t wanna have to do that again.

These are the best needles that I have used for hand stitching leather that I have ever used. So far, I have not experienced and broken needles and I have not had any break at the eye. Dont try to save money by buying needles at a big box store. These will serve you well. I highly recommend these John James needles.

Have not used product since it will not work with what I ordered it for. Beware of sizing chart as it is very misleading. Could not thread a 1.0 tiger thread in a size 0 needle, to small.

I'm fairly new to leathercraft. I have tried a bunch of other needles for hand stitching. Everyone recommends the John James needles. They are absolutely right. These are the only needles IMO. After just a little web browsing you will find that almost all of the serious leather folks use JJ.

This needle help reduce the number of times I end of getting pricked by the needle as the design and shape of the head is perfect. Still sharp and crazy easy to push the needle through with the needle like tip. I would Highly suggest anyone that does ANY hand stitching with leather or other materials. Best thing I have bought for my leather working in quite some time

I ordered the size 00 needles after reading some reviews of thicker thread not fitting through the eye of the 0 needles. These needles are amazing. I don't think I really needed to go up to a 00 after inspection of the hole on these. Next I will order a 0 to find out. The needles are amazingly sturdy and they have made my leatherwork much easier to make. Also, I won't have to worry about bleeding all over my items any longer, thanks to these. One note of caution, the 00 needle is thick and won't work for fine, tight wallet holes, etc.

You will never go back once you have tried John James needles for your leather handiwork. Saddle stitching items have never been easier using the right needle coupled with the correct sized thread.

The best needles for your leatherworking. Darn tough. Can use a pair of needles for many many many projects. I think the eye has broken off once but that was while sewing up a baseball and twisting and bending the needle in all sorts of directions to get the thread through odd angles.
