Sewage Chunk
This garbage chunk didn't work for two seconds. The controller comes disassembled, and they expect you to clip wires and rewire the controller. The instructions are on a video that is entirely in Chinese where you can see nothing. I hate Amazon for putting this fraudulent chunk of sewage up for sale. I have asthma and a heart murmur and dreamed of having help biking, but this horrible toilet of a product did not work at all.

Works well for light weight riders and 1/3th cost of a mid-hub drive upgrade.
For the cost, this is hard to beat, particularly to upgrade a kids bike. The 250W drive and friction coupling work well for light weight riders. NOTE: Be sure to REMOVE the 'Cruise Control' plug/loop if setting up for a child. With this removed the motor will always disengage when throttle is removed.

Gutless bike motor
Worthless product and worthless support! I installed it on two different bikes with at 36 volt battery with the same result--no boost whatsoever. Tires are fine, no slippage when running, just no power whatsoever at any speed. I messaged for support and requested to return it complete with photos, but I was told I was too late to return (a week too late).

A little under powered
Ok, but somewhat under powered, otherwise ok. Serves the purpose.

Design flaws, poorly thought out
To install this motor on a 26" bike will require modifications. Also, it's method of engaging the tire would work if you were able to vary the pull of the wheel against the bike's tire but it has been designed to be released from a very weak spring that can't apply enough pressure against the tire.

Design flaws
Solid build and it definitely gives you the boost you need for up hills however the installation process was vexing as I had to retrofit a metal adjustment band to keep the motor affixed firmly. Buyers beware of this or you'll go through the same frustration I did..
