These 5100 Series adjustable front shocks transformed the way my Tundra drives. The ride is firmer but still comfortable, and the truck feels much more controlled over bumps, dips, and uneven roads. The adjustable snap‑ring positions make it easy to level the front end without using spacers, and the lift range (roughly 0.87" to 2.3" depending on setting) gives you flexibility to match your stance or tire setup. The monotube design and digressive valving help keep the truck stable during braking and cornering, and the zinc‑plated finish adds confidence for winter and salted-road driving. Installation is straightforward if you’re familiar with front strut assemblies, and the shocks reuse the factory coil springs. Once installed, the improvement in handling and stability is immediately noticeable. For the price, durability, and performance, these shocks are an excellent upgrade for any Tundra owner looking to improve ride quality and level the truck properly.

Great shocks but the design is horrible for installation. Top nut uses a hex head to keep shaft from spinning. Sounds fine but the top nut uses a lot of torque you will most likely strip the hex head even with the right size Allen key. OEM shocks has a place on top of shaft to hold with vice unlike these. Both of my shocks stripped the hex head and took a lot of tries with impact and vice grips clamping the smooth shaft with no grip to stay in place while tightening nut. Come one Bilstein
