Great quality but these shoes run small. Be sure to order a half size up. It'll take about a day of wearing before they fit well. Also you probably shouldn't wear socks with these (it wasn't obvious to me at first)

Alpargatas to me, espadrilles for everyone else. I would not enter a marathon with these. Nor the fishermen /peasants who wore them originally. The cloth over the arch is a bit rough..probably needs invisible socks to be comfortable.

This pic is after about a month's casual use (quarantine, so not even really going outside) I ordered the gray pair and they arrived looking more like old faded blue, and started to fall apart almost immediately. For an $80 shoe I'm pretty unhappy. I owned a pair of these previously and loved them, they lasted over two years and were super comfy, so I'm disappointed and wonder if they changed their manufacturer.
